Usually 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the breed and services chosen. We’ll give you an estimated pickup time when you drop off your pet. ⏰

Bath🛁, blow-dry, haircut✂️, nail trim, ears cleaning and eyes👁, and a spritz of pet-safe cologne🧴. Add-ons like teeth brushing and paw balm are also available.🐶
5. What should I bring to the appointment?📕
Please bring your pet’s vaccination records and any notes about allergies or special needs. If you think your pet might feel anxious, you’re welcome to bring their favorite toy or blanket for comfort.🧸
6. Are vaccinations required? 💉
Yes! A valid rabies vaccine is required for all dogs. We also strongly recommend distemper and bordetella vaccines to keep all our furry guests safe and healthy. 🐾
7. When should I NOT bring my pet to grooming? ⛔️
Please reschedule if your pet is sick, has open wounds, fleas, or is in heat. We want every pet to be comfortable and healthy during their visit. 🛌
8. My pet is anxious — can you still help? 😔
Absolutely. Our team uses gentle, fear-free techniques. We go at your pet’s pace and take breaks when needed.❤️
9. Can I stay and watch during the grooming?
Most owners drop off their pet and come back after the session. However, if you’re worried your pet might feel anxious without you, you are absolutely welcome to stay — we want both you and your furry one to feel comfortable! 🐾
10. How often should I bring my pet in?
Long-haired breeds every 4–6 weeks, short-haired pets every 8–12 weeks. 🗓 We’ll give you a personal recommendation after the first visit. 🐶
